Hello. My name is Dan Cangilla and I have the
opportunity to serve both as one of the Assistant
Directors of Residence Life and as the Resident
Director or Assumption Hall.
I am an alum of Indiana University
of Pennsylvania, having earned a Bachelor's Degree
in Psychology and a Master's Degree is Student
Affairs in Higher Education.
I am very excited to be a part
of the Duquesne community and look forward to
continue working with the students and parents

Adam Wasilko, Graduate Assistant,
Honors College
Hello, my name is Adam Wasilko and I am the Graduate
Assistant for Assumption Hall and the Honors College.
I recently graduated with my bachelor's of science
in chemistry from Duquesne University and I am
now pursuing my masters degree. As an undergraduate
student I served residence life as a resident
assistant from 2006 - 2008.
I am so excited to be working within the living
community in Assumption Hall. The Honors College
is a community of outstanding students dedicated
to growing in intellectual and professional pursuits
while serving others and enjoying college life.
It is my goal to help make this community one
where our residents can live comfortably in an
atmosphere of mutual respect and purposefulness
while having fun.
I, alongside Dan and Maria, am here to help
make Duquesne more like home to our residents.

Hello, my name is Maria Cummings and I am very
excited about being the senior secretary of Assumption
Living and Learning Center. I came to Duquesne
University and the Office of Residence Life in
June of 2003.
I look forward to working with the staff and the
students top help make Assumption Hall a "home
